Measurements and design brief
I.
We develop a detailed design brief and define the overall conceptual direction of the future project.
At the same time, a full site survey is carried out, including precise measurements of the space, and all technical and engineering aspects are reviewed and clarified.
Functional plan with furniture arrangement
II.
At this stage, we develop several options for functional zoning and the layout of furnishings and equipment. Typically, two to three alternatives are explored and carefully analyzed, after which a final solution is selected based on a thorough evaluation of all advantages and potential limitations.
Developing the concept. Sketches
III.
Mood boards and sketches illustrating the overall stylistic concept, color palette, and potential options for furniture and finishing materials. The project is further refined and developed in greater detail at the subsequent stages.

Photorealistic 3D Visualization — highly detailed three-dimensional renderings of the future interior. For each space, 3–4 carefully selected viewpoints are created, allowing you to thoroughly explore the finishes, furniture, lighting, and the overall spatial composition of the project.

Technical drawings that serve as the basis for all construction and installation works, as well as detailed specifications required for the procurement of all finishing materials, lighting fixtures, and sanitary equipment.

Author’s supervision is the process of overseeing the implementation of the design project.
The designer regularly visits the site, communicates with builders and contractors, makes timely adjustments to the project when necessary, and ensures that all decisions are executed in accordance with the design intent.
